PAYMENT & SHIPPING POLICY
Payment:
All products need to be paid in advance and there is no option for “Cash on Delivery”
If you have paid for an order but due to technical issues it has not reflected, do not worry, your money is safe . Please inform us as per details in Contact Us section of website and we shall ensure a proper resolution for issues at our end. If the payment is still with your bank, you may have to connect with them.
Orders once paid, can’t be modified further. You may have to raise a new order for additional requirements. If you need to make changes in existing quantity or order, you need to deal with it as per Return & replacement policy.
Shipping:
Domestic Shipping:
For any order of less than INR 300, shipping charges of INR 60 will be added in the order.
In case of any delays with shipping, and we are not able to deliver your products in 15 days, please contact us as per details provided in “Contact Us” section. We will identify the issue, try to expedite the shipping and work towards issue resolution.
If you did not receive package in proper condition, please do not accept and contact us within one working day as per our working hours.
International Shipping:
Customer need to pay for international shipping, import or customs duty as applicable. We charge shipping as a part of the order. The import and customs duty to be paid as per country / carrier process.
There is no “Cash on Delivery” option and entire invoice need to be paid before shipment.
International shipping charges would be INR 3,000 per order.
