RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
We are thankful for your purchase and as our esteemed customer, we want to ensure you are happy and satisfied with our products and services. We have a fair and transparent return & replacement policy.

Please note certain items including gift cards/ coupons are not eligible for return or replacement. Same has been put as disclaimer/ advice on those items.
You may contact us as per details shared in “Contact Us” section of this website for all your queries including tempered delivery, manufacturing defects, replacement, return and refund.

Please note we do not have any free trial policy and any such commitment on our website are purely promotional offers and should be dealt as per commitment of the offer.
Tempered Delivery:
If you notice any issue with product at the time of delivery including tampered packaging and damaged product, please do not accept delivery and inform us immediately, within one working day as per our working hours, using helpline number provided in contact us.
Defective Product:
We take at-most care and ensure all products pass required quality checks before they are shipped from our warehouse. If you still find product has any manufacturing defect, do not worry, please contact us within one working day as per our working hours. We will deal with it as per replacement policy. Please note, to complete your refund, we require a supporting proof for the condition of the product it was received in.
Replacement Policy:
We have an excellent quality control system in place. However if you still find any manufacturing defect, we will replace the item if it is returned unused and saleable condition. However it must be reported within one working day of receiving as per our working hours.
International Orders
Please note international orders can’t be cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order.
CANCELLATION and REFUND:
We understand that you may decide to return any item purely as per your merits and we respect our client’s decisions. However there are certain items for which, refund cannot be made.

Cancellation before shipping: Best done within 24 Hours of placing the order. Please note there can be situations where shipping has already taken place but yet to be updated on website.
If the order that you want to cancel has not been shipped and is still in the process, you can cancel the order online or by contacting our helpdesk at +91 7400229966.
In case of unshipped orders, the money will be refunded back to the same account used for the transaction within 7 to 10 working days of the request.
The refunded amount may reflect in your account in 3-5 business days from the date of processing the same.
Cancellation post shipping:
If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our helpdesk at +91 7400229966. Please note that there can be situations where product has been delivered but yet to be updated on our website.

Refunds will be issued for the price of the product only; shipping fees is not refunded.
The refunded amount reflects in your account in 3-5 business days from the date of processing the same.
REFUND post delivery of product:
Refunds will be initiated after the returned product passes quality checks at our warehouse. Please note the product should be re-saleable condition i.e. the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the packaging & seal intact. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items. The return request will have to be raised within 10 days of your order delivery date.
However, shipping and pick up charges (return shipping) will be deducted from final refund
For pre-paid order, the amount will be credited to the to the source of the transactional account.
For Cash on Delivery orders, our executive shall get in touch and initiate the process.
The refund shall be processed within 7 to 10 working days after receiving the product. The refunded amount may reflect in your account in 3-5 business days from the date of processing the same.

Points to be noted –
After receiving item, we will inspect and confirm if it is eligible for refund.
All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with
Any damage caused due to neglect; improper usage will not eligible for refund
All quantities of same SKU to be returned
No exchange requests will be entertained
No replacements/refunds will be entertained for any technical damage in product. Dumbledo will be happy to connect you with the brand support team but holds no liability for any such cases.
In case of incorrect shipping:
For incorrect shipping, the refund will be dealt on case by case basis. In case of return due to dumbledo errors, no deductions will be made for shipping charges and amount will be refunded in full.
In case of delayed shipping:
Dumbledo will make all efforts to deliver products on time. However in case there are delays due to unavoidable reasons, you will be informed through our website order tracking section. If you have any concern and want to cancel order, please raise cancellation request using our website.
Missing or delayed refunds:
Please connect with customer care if you don’t see refund processed and reflected in your account after 15 days of raising refund request and shipping the item.
In case of any other grievance:
Such cases will be dealt on case by case basis.
